Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the phderm website, or using any service offered by phderm, you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms govern your entire relationship with phderm, including account creation, deposits, gameplay, withdrawal of funds, participation in promotions, and your use of all tools and features made available on the platform. These Terms apply to all users of phderm in the Republic of the Philippines and elsewhere, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Continued use of phderm after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. phderm will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes via email or an in-platform notification.

Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to phderm and participation in any real-money gaming activity is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person — corporate entities and automated systems may not register as players.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through phderm or any other gaming operator.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, contractor, or close relative of phderm or any of its affiliated companies.

phderm reserves the right to require documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine passport, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by phderm may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on phderm, you must register a valid account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid mobile number, and a unique email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

One account per person. Each player is permitted to maintain only one active account on phderm. If duplicate accounts are identified, phderm reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, cancel pending withdrawals, and forfeit bonus balances. If a duplicate account arises inadvertently, you must contact phderm support immediately to resolve the situation.

Your phderm account credentials — including your username, password, and any linked authentication method — are confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account. phderm will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify phderm immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

phderm accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, or otherwise transfer your account or any associated balances to another person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phderm are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). phderm supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits. Funds deposited into your phderm wallet are credited upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. phderm is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing schedules, or network outages beyond our control. Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each payment method are displayed within the phderm cashier at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of identity verification (KYC). phderm reserves the right to request supporting documents — including proof of identity, proof of address, and source of funds — before releasing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours; bank transfers may take two to five (2–5) business days depending on the receiving institution.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML). phderm complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Funds must be withdrawn using the same method used for deposit, where technically feasible. phderm may freeze, hold, or report transactions that exhibit characteristics consistent with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes, as required by law.

• Players may only withdraw funds to payment accounts registered in their own legal name.
• Deposits made by a third party on behalf of a player are not permitted under any circumstances.
• phderm reserves the right to reverse or cancel a withdrawal and return funds to the player's phderm wallet pending further investigation.
• Inactive accounts (no login or transaction for 12+ consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the cashier section of the platform.

Bonuses & Promotions

phderm offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each offer. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the validity period will result in automatic expiry of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Bonus abuse. phderm employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements (hedging), colluding with other players, or exploiting errors in bonus configurations. Players found to be abusing promotions will have their bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and accounts permanently suspended.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new phderm players on their first qualifying deposit only, subject to the specific offer terms.
• phderm reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses credited in error must be returned. phderm may reverse erroneous credits from your account balance at any time.
• Free bets and free spin winnings may be subject to a maximum win cap as specified in the individual promotion terms.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phderm platform — including slots, live dealer baccarat, mini baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, bingo, fish hunting games such as Lucky Gods Fishing, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface or help section. In the event of any technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, phderm's decision on the outcome of that round shall be final.

Random Number Generators (RNG). All non-live casino games on phderm utilise certified RNG technology sourced from reputable game providers. This ensures outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by previous results, the size of a wager, or any other external factor.

Sports betting. All sports bets placed on phderm, including markets for PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and football, are subject to the sportsbook rules applicable at the time of bet placement. phderm reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the result has been corrupted, manipulated, or otherwise compromised, as determined in phderm's sole discretion.

Errors and malfunctions. In the event of an obvious error — including incorrect odds, mispriced markets, or software errors — phderm reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant accounts. "Obvious error" means an error that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect at the time of placing the bet.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phderm platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Using phderm to launder money, finance terrorist activity, or engage in any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering legislation (AMLA, as amended).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or exploit the platform's systems.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any other competitive game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such issues to phderm support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of result manipulation in sports betting markets.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phderm staff, live dealers, or other platform users.
• Attempting to access phderm via VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or account bans.

Responsible Gaming

phderm is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing players with the tools they need to keep their gambling activity within healthy limits. We take our duty of care seriously and have integrated responsible gaming features directly into the phderm platform.

Available responsible gaming tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, wager limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods (temporary breaks of 24 hours to 30 days), and self-exclusion (permanent closure of your phderm account for a specified period). These tools can be accessed and configured from the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings.

Self-exclusion. If you wish to permanently exclude yourself from phderm, contact our support team via live chat. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, phderm will make all reasonable efforts to prevent you from opening a new account. Any deposits made in circumvention of a self-exclusion will be returned in full.

Intellectual Property

All content on the phderm platform — including but not limited to the phderm brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of phderm or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phderm platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, display, publish, or create derivative works from any phderm content without prior written authorisation from phderm.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phderm, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the phderm platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss.

phderm's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phderm is not liable for failures, outages, or errors caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, telecommunications networks, or any other force outside phderm's reasonable control. Players are advised to maintain their own records of transactions and gameplay sessions.

Privacy & Data

phderm collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a phderm account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

phderm implements technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit, access controls, and regular security audits.

Amendments to These Terms

phderm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights, obligations, or the rules governing your account — phderm will provide notice via email to your registered address, a prominent notice on the phderm website, or an in-platform notification.

Amendments take effect on the date specified in the updated Terms. Your continued use of phderm after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure by contacting phderm support.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct negotiation. Players may raise disputes by contacting phderm support via live chat or by writing to the support email address listed below. phderm will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
